The Athena Group<\/h2>\n<blockquote><p><span style=\"margin: 0px;color: #202020;font-family: 'Helvetica',sans-serif\">For each artist making art is essentially an individual journey; the highs of getting it to work and the lows when it doesn\u2019t make sense or you open the kiln door to find a disaster.<span id=\"yiv7602372792yui_3_16_0_ym19_1_1487049331530_2930\">\u00a0 <\/span>Is it ever really finished?<span id=\"yiv7602372792yui_3_16_0_ym19_1_1487049331530_2931\">\u00a0 <\/span>Possibly not.<span id=\"yiv7602372792yui_3_16_0_ym19_1_1487049331530_2932\">\u00a0 <\/span>The idea of the artist as gifted or prescient is common but in reality, to most artists, it feels more like an addictive obsession.<span id=\"yiv7602372792yui_3_16_0_ym19_1_1487049331530_2933\">\u00a0 <\/span>Is the journey linear, from here to there, building one idea on another to get there; or do we explore lots of different paths to find a central point?<span id=\"yiv7602372792yui_3_16_0_ym19_1_1487049331530_2934\">\u00a0 <\/span>In this exhibition we plan to reveal something of the process each artist uses as well as the vastly different approaches individuals can employ.<\/span><span style=\"margin: 0px;color: #202020;font-family: 'Helvetica',sans-serif\"><span id=\"yiv7602372792yui_3_16_0_ym19_1_1487049331530_2939\"><span id=\"yiv7602372792yui_3_16_0_ym19_1_1487049331530_2938\">\u00a0<\/span><\/span><\/span><\/p><\/blockquote>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p>Exhibition Date: 24th March 2017.
